Hi, I am having the same issue of game just sitting trying to load. It gets to first screen and wont move. I also have tried removing cache and cookies, using different browser etc. but no help.
There was a reply to Momthesherpa that this was the incorrect forum, what other forum/website is there, have had a search but cannot find anything. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
@Lillynfrank I have only ever played it on Facebook-I found it on the Facebook games link. It's free and I've played it since it came out about 8 years ago. I'm at a loss about what to do.
@Momthesherpa , same for me, facebook only, and do not want to lose my level. Not sure what to do either, keep checking but still same issue. As you mentioned, tried with google, (I use edge), tried some one else's facebook , cleared cache, checked had latest updates loaded.
Are you windows 11? thought I read something about an issue with some games with windows 11 and that microsoft were trying to fix it. I will check if I can find it again. If you find any fixes let me know please, I will do same for you.
Hi Lilly, I have Windows 10, but I realized my computer was having issues aside from the game, so I reset it but kept my files (you can also reset to complete factory settings). I had to do a little tweaking with my desktop display and re-enter all my logins and passwords but the game is FINALLY working again! Maybe you can try that? It took over an hour for the reset, so don't do it if you need your computer right away.
