Birdhouse challenge/Mahjong sa

The Birdhouse challenges for Mahjong Safari - I have played 2 of the 3 games required for the badge but the middle game does not seem to be working well.  I have played the one challenge over300 times and have only gotten 1 "Fantasatic move" and am wondeing wny, This is the first game I have paid to play in the 17 years I've been on Pogo and am very disturbed that the challenge isn't working correctly.  Please explain what needs to be done to complete this challenge     Thank you
