Bowling chat options, close refresh

Why in Bowling when you lose your chat and it comes up with the two options close or refresh, and we choose either of them , we get booted and lose the entire points for the whole game. And not to mention getting booted right out of the game to the point of having to log back in an rejoin the game we were in. Any fixes for this one coming or just another one that is in the works of not getting fixed. After almost 20 years as a member of pogo this new system is not working.  What about the new friends list why does it show my friends on but not in a game room. I asked one of them where they were when I saw that and her answer was sleeping and she wasn't on pogo.  The monitoring of the swear, bullying and drugs  what is with that. I'm all for all of it but please we are adults here not little children, and when your in room chat its usually with friends who know the facts of life. Example one Cassie  gets her name starred every time its used like its a bad word.  Are there really any fixes done when on tuesday night pogo goes off for an hour for maintenace. When it comes back on i see no difference in any game that I have had a problem in. Please if you going to change things do so but don't give them to us until all the bugs are our of it. Leave us with what works like the Classic Pogo until you do get all your mistakes and errors fixed.  when pogo was pogo back in the good old days they actually had members play the new pogo game for a while to see if there were any bugs in it, and if found they were fixed before giving it to the members to enjoy. Maybe that might be an option to bring back , I'm sure there are members out here who would enjoy helping. And the cost to you would be nothing but what you already give to members, free games and gems . Thank  you for listening/reading .
