bug problem with merge academy

My merge academy on pogo froze came back on then took the item  that made  pages and scripts away. It's the wooden box with a few books , a skull with the candle on it. Now I can't makes books or scripts.  I have logged off and back on , but it didn't help.

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

On my phone I use chrome.  On computer firefly. 

I use both in this game and both are showing the same. I did everything you told me still the same. Here is a pic of what it looks like on my computer and what it looks like on my phone they look the same. So I will just send one. Thank you.

It gave no message when it happened.  Afterwards I keep getting a message saying unable to save.  This is the only game on pogo I have had a problem with. 

I guess there was no fixing this issue. Never heard back from no one except  passing me around to people who tell me  the same thing over . So with nothing new I am about to stop playing this game. I can't get no further because I can't make the books or scripts  required to move one unless I buy the items. 

It's bad when I have been a member of pogo  for as long as I have plus pay to play games and not only is one of the games messed up , but now no feed back from ea at all. If you can fix or restart it for me why even have it. I done everything I was told. Still nothing. It's been dragging along for a while now. All I want it merge academy fixed when I can make books and scripts again. It's not my fault the game has a bug and took that item that makes them off. This is starting to get just plain aggravating.  Makes me wonder why I am even still trying to play and not deactivate  my account with pogo or stop being a paying member.  When there is no help when a game goes buggy or wrong. By the way the item it took can't be sold. It is the thing that makes the scripts and books.  I will keep updating every week till I either get it fixed or give up and do what I was thinking about doing and stop payment and deactivate.  Great way to lose a member that has been a member for 18 years.

It took my ability to make books and scripts. It took the book making away for some reason.  This game seems to be full of bugs.  Can't play the game if you can't make certain items.. I did everything they said to do but was still the same.

It's no longer there. It done the can not save thing then froze up. When restarted it was no longer there. I have done everything  that I was told to do. Still nothing. I even got on a tablet,  computer and my phone. Done the same to them. Still nothing.
