there has to be a bug in the game canasta , i have called pogo twice , and have not gotten any help execpt to file a bug , so here i am , canasta is the worst , if i can get it load , then try to play i can not move the cards . then it freezes on me . Also i am unable to play JIgsaw, Lottos express, turbo 21 . Pogo Daily Sudoku , was fine until a week ago when i finish a game , the page goes crazy going up and down , and flashing that i have to get out clean everything then try again . I would very much like help with all of this . I pay to play games on here for fun . Its not fun not to be able to play a game . especially when there is a badge for it / [CM edit - Updated title for clarity]

@joannapo4ko I play all of those games you listed with absolutely no issues at all. Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different one to see if it works better?Also, there is no phone number for Pogo. I hope you didn’t look on the internet for one, they’re usually scams.

@joannapo4ko , You probably have tried the first suggestion I am going to make, but if you haven't, then by all means try it. Failure of games to load partially or full and game freezing are often symptoms of a browser cache (memory) becoming full. It's a fact that he cache needs to be cleared out regularly to make room for storing new information at the websites. Try clearing your browser's cache. I play all of those games you listed with absolutely no issues at all. Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different one to see if it works better?
Also, there is no phone number for Pogo. I hope you didn’t look on the internet for one, they’re usually scams.

If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Canasta, can you share your browser version information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.
