Canasta Bugs

On Sunday night, February 1st, around 10:30pm EST, I was playing RossiePlay9 and she got a Red Canasta in 10s and I had both 10s of clubs.  That is impossible.  There are not 9 10s in the deck.  After that hand was over, it dealt, and told me it was her turn and told her it was my turn and the game froze.  Something is really messed up, especially there being nine 10's
