Need help with my game Poppit Bingo

Same here. It goes to the page with the cactus man on it, but then it freezes and won't open the game.

Are you able to open the game from the game page?

Where do the loading issues happen? Is it on the loading screen when you open the game? Is it when you're playing a Bingo match? Is it when a particular animation happens?

I click on the weekly badge for poppit bingo link, and a screen with "cocos" something comes up. Then it goes to the next page, which is the big green cactus, and it says "loading", but nothing ever happens after that. Since it is a weekly badge, it would be nice to be able to access the game. I have played it several times in the past with no issues. All other games seem to be working properly for me.

I'm not sure when that happens, as the Cactus character appears in a few places. Does it happen on the loading screen as you open the game? That screen looks like this:

If that's not the screen, could you take a screenshot of where it's happening for you?

Have you activated the badge? If so, could you try opening the game from the game page, instead of through the weekly badge link, and see if the game finishes loading from there?
