Hello! That does sound frustrating! Slow responsiveness can take the fun out of things, especially when you're trying to stay in the flow of a game.  There are several potential reasons why a device might respond slowly in situations like this, the main one is memory.

Here are additional troubleshooting steps to address this issue:

• Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Temporary files or corrupted cookies might be causing issues. Clearing them often helps resolve many issues. 
• Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or slow to load.
• High Usage: Close any unnecessary webpages or applications that may be running in the background consuming resources. If possible while on a gaming site, have only the gaming sites webpage open.
• Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance. Check for Browser Updates.
• Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver to see if this helps resolve the problem. 
• Try a Different Browser:  If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser specific.
