Yea me too - it's a problem as I cannot play blitz champions game cuz fanzanite is one of the unavailable gems.

Fanzanite is not loading. It's greyed out and won't allow me to select it for champions game.

Well it's kind of nice to know it's not just me. Did your start with the update on the 30th of April like mine?

I'm having the same issue. I chatted with someone from support a few days ago and they told me to try it through a PC and see if that worked, and if it did then to uninstall and reinstall on my phone.
Well, the gems do work on a PC, but uninstalling and reinstalling on my phone hasn't done anything. Now it's saying my Hutcrackers are maxed out, and I can't use them or the Fanzanite still.
They closed my case out saying it's resolved, and I can't figure out a way to talk to a person again.

I think you can start a new case. I have two cases on this issue. I want my gems back that's all I know

No, and I was supposed to have a game advisor get back with me according to the email EA sent me and that was a week ago.
I hope somebody contacts me soon. I and accruing more of the same gem that I cannot use. This is unacceptable
