This is definitely an odd one sorry to see you've run into this.

Could you let us know whether you're playing this on PC or mobile? If on PC can you let us know what browser you're using and if on mobile can you confirm if you're on iOS or Android?

Appreciate you providing the screenshot, could you also let us know what your Pogo username is if it is different to your forum username here as it will make investigating this easier.
