cannot access my club pogo

I cannot log into my club pogo because I was unable to receive a verification code and the is no cht on the halp page available. How can I get help? My gmail is [edit: email address removed]. The user name on my club pogo is [edit: email address removed].

Apologies for any confusion, EA won't directly access your email however in order to verify an account we do utilize the email you've provided on the account. If you no longer wish to use that email you can update it to a different one.

no. i don't want you in my email. The problem is with the Club Pogo security system.

Hi @41c6808acaa09e52 Can we check the email tied to your Pogo account and folders like your spam folder or any that may have rules applied to them to check if you are getting emails from EA?
