Solitaire Home Story - Missing Content

This is one of my favorite games however, you lose an energy whether you win or lose the game.  Since I only have 5 energys when full, I can only play five times before I have to wait 75 minutes for the energy to refill to full.  When I do win and have unlimited energy, stars are collected so I can progress in the story but if I leave the game to play something else or if the game kicks me out, all unused stars are lost.  Every time.  Very frustrated!  Thank you in advance fo fixing.

I bought the chapter bundle in solitaire home for 33 gems and did not get it and Monopoly Sudoku for 2 days I spent gems on chance cards and did not get them plus it over charged me for them so I need 180 gems back from that. The games are really sucking lately. Hire some help so we pogians can have some technical repairs and have someone listen to us

same with me and I sent an email and still no reply On May 22 and 29 I purchased the Chapter 3 bundle and still did not get it, now I just finished the chapter and there is less than an hour to get the bundle so please issue me back my 66 gems 😭

CAN YOU READ UP ABOVE POGO TECHS AND COMPLY 

I'm having the same issue. Please refund the 33 gems I spent on the chapter completion bundle.

I still have not received my chapter 3 staircase and jokers or my other 33 gems You gave me 33 gems but you still owed me the  chapter 3 bonus and of course once again I have not received an email to any of this like I was told that I would Give me my chapter 3 bonus or my other 33 gems

Hello again! You will need to contact EA Help, they are unable to assist us here in EA Pogo Forums with payments, gems, missing content and other specific account issues due to being in a public forum. 

Please know you will need to be very specific with them on what exactly you are missing. I play Solitaire Home Story myself and I don't even know what a Chapter 3 bonus is 😆 This game has a lot of moving parts, events and a lot of freebies every day. Please use the steps given above to contact EA Help so they can resolve this for you straight away.

I played solitaire home story just to see what it was like, played one game to end, it said game over I won, it when to next page, It said collect your rewards 150 diamonds had green button click here, It took 150 diamonds from me just backward from what it said, stole over $10 worth  of diamonds from me, I have bought other things with diamonds it always when to box and said do you want to spend your diamonds yes no, I had problems with poker town, and farm merge valley, these were just glitches, poker town took all of my coins which you gave me back, farm merge valley it took a #6 greenhouse and #7 bricks that it took weeks of playing to get, and I did not get them back, the glitches are one thing but stealing my diamonds is another.

Offer keeps popping up so I have tried to purchase (Staircase rug and some other things). I have tried to purchase this bundle quite a few times but I never receive it. THIS TIME I CHECKED MY GEM BSL BROFRE PURCHASE AND YES< IT IS TAKING MY GEMS> >>>> PLEASE CHECK MY GEM BALQNCE AND GIVE ME BACK THE MULTIPLE PURCHASES, May thru JULY 1 (I found 5 with juwst a quick check,,,but I KNOW THERE WERE MORE TRIES BUT I DONT HAQVE SORT FUNCTION. Even 5 add up quckly at 33 gems a pop.
