Hello! Have you tried to verify your payment information to ensure it is up to date, at times an error may occur when our card has expired.
Another method is to delete the card, reenter it and try your purchase again.

If you continue to experience difficulties, you can provide detailed information to our EA Community Managers by responding to the questions listed below. This is the procedure for reporting any glitches.

- What issue are you running into?
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears.
