Poker Town - Coins Gone

Poker Town has a number of technical issues from freezing, time lag, folding automatically when player hasn't chosen that option and now all my tokens amounting to almost 80,000 except for 2,000 have been wiped out.     Why run this game whilst there are so many glitches that need fixing.     An update on the fix would be appreciated please 

I have the same problem. I had close to 200,000 coins and now I'm back at 9999 on both the app and online.

Still not reinstated my Poker Town Level 3 or my coins,   the game has too many bugs in it to make play enjoyable

I have same issue. I had over 250k coins and they were all removed except 1,000 left. I'm trying to find out if Pogo will be giving the coins back in time to do the Bingo Jam challenge. If not, I'll probably quit collecting daily since there is no point.

Thanks for your reports on this. Could I check if this happens at the end of each game, or if it happened once? Could you share the date, and if you can remember, roughly the time this happened for you, and your Pogo usernames, please?

Why did poker town steal all my coins the reneged on the 30,000 i won

Hi Lanna, This is Mayers1701 and the issue happened the morning after the Hollywood event ended. I went in to collect the 6,000 coins I usually collect and the event ended and said I earned 30,000 coins. I clicked to continue my coin collection and the balance after collecting the 6,000 was 7,000. Next day it was 6,999. I'm not sure what happened. But didn't get the 30,000 and lost over 200,000 coins. This only happened once and I have collected daily since then and have not seen a problem. I only played the game yesterday for the daily but could not finish the challenge with the limited number of coins I had so I quit.

I had over 190,000 coins in poker town and now 4,000.... What happend and are we getting them back. People are really upset and Pogo will lose a lot of members if they keep doing thing to us. And games taking away our spent gems due to game freeze.   We need help.

Wmnhcky12 here, I have spoken to support staff twice already, i lost coins when for no reason the game refreshed. I moved up to division 3 and lost my coins again, thinking I would play again this am went to the town, no coins .  I have decided  that this game is not for me.  I have spoken with someone each time it happens, told it would be passed along.....I have heard nothing.  The dates as close as I can remember were  May, the first week of June  and again this Morning June 15 Thank you I have be with you guys for along while and have never been disappointed until now.  Thank you for your time.
