CAN'T CHOOSE MY REWARD

This comes up saying, lmk4359, it's time to choose your Club Pogo Monthly Rewards. I click on the button to choose my reward, and it goes to a blank screen saying something broke, to try again later.  This is been going on for atleast a week, and can't get my reward.  Please resolve this issue.
