Can't get past unable to authenticate, reconnect, restart

Help!  Scrabble is consistently hard to even start. Cannot get in.  I've had all the same problems as everyone else on a daily basis.  Kicked off, tiles scramble, or highlighted letters appear and cannot play because they enlarge. CRAZY!!!

    Hey there, @Player_re5t9gna.

    That sounds like a lot of frustration. Let's try some troubleshooting.

    To start, if you're able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look as to why the game isn't running smoothly for you.
