Can't login to my Pogo account

For a week now I have been unable to login to my account. It just keeps taking back to the login screen over and over. Since I have a Club Pogo account I really don't want to create a new account and lose my access to my games and all my gems and such. I have tried everything suggested elsewhere in the help section.

    It's possible you're not signing in with the right account. An advisor should be able to help with this though. Try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

    I have been trying to login to my Pogo account for almost a month with no luck.  I've been a member since the late 1990's.  All I get is that I have to reset my password.  I do that and I'm back to where I started.  EA had better get it fixed or you're going to be losing A LOT of old time customers!!
