Can't play Trizzle

Trizzle is designed to work on all supported browsers and we cannot support previous versions. I was able to complete today's daily challenge using the new Microsoft Edge using version 83.0.478.56. I forgot to update it this morning, and there is a newer version than the one I finished the challenge on, but so long as you're running version 83+, you should be fine. This should also be the case for Chrome and Firefox using the latest versions.

If it's not running well for you, can you share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information? I'd love to take a look.

I noted your last reply in this thread was July. This is now late November and the game freezing issue has not been resolved. I'm having the same problem as many others -- the game is apparently not loading completely since there is no option to turn off the tutorial (which I don't need anyway). The game loads, though incompletely, goes through the three-step how-to-play, I make one move and the game freezes. Yes, I have tried the diagnostics you suggested. Tried other browsers (same results) . This has been going on for months. Sloppy coding??

I like the game, but as it currently is, it's unplayable. I got lucky for the last challenge -- the game worked and I thought "Yayy! They fixed the problem!" Today's weekly challenge ... ugh, game is still freezing after one move. Since the challenge is mega matches, that means it will take more than one move per game to achieve that goal.

I am having the same problem and I did the trouble shooting, cleared my history, restarted my computer and still having the same problem. I have even reset my resolution that didn't help either.

Same issue. Both of Google Chrome and Edge. Make a move, it feezes and you can't click on the game board anymore. Tried opening and closing browsers, restarting computer, etc. I have 16GB of RAM, so that's not the issue. No other game does this.

Same problem, did all troubleshooting steps. 

Once Trizzle stopped working for me, the only solution I found was to Disable Hardware Acceleration in the browser Settings.

Browsers: Chrome and new Edge (Edge Chromium)

Trizzle problems I encountered:

1. Game freezes after first match of dolls.
2. Tutorial keeps running, even though I had disabled it (set it not to run).

I only disabled Hardware Acceleration in Edge. Thus, I can only play Trizzle in Edge.
