I'm having the same problem. Have not been able to buy gems for over a month. Very frustrating! the "Try Again" is rubbing my nerves raw! There is no sense in these problems and you EA are the ones losing money! I have tried to use several credit cards. I do not have PayPal. My Pogo name is "rebadu". Please fix this issue. What is the point in making these newer games "gems needed to progress" when you can't buy gems? I am ready to quit Pogo. My renewal date is 04/22/25. I won't renew if this issue is not resolved.
