Lucky Cat Bingo not crediting powerups won.

  Lucky cat bingo not crediting power ups won when playing 4 hand diamond game (800 tokens). I am getting credit for lucky cat daubs and tokens earned as of placing results (1st, 2nd, etc...).  After playing three games where I supposedly won an extra X2 powerup, the total I had never changed from the two I started with (should have increased to 5). Actually 4 initially, as I backed out to menu and reentered the same game. I tried using a X2 powerup (which you folks have modified to work only on one number called when it used to be for the next 3 numbers called - typical!!). I won the 3rd X2 powerup that game from playing and it did not credit. Currently, I have one X2 powerup showing as available instead of what should be four (4). This is a specific issue with this game only and cannot be attributed to: outdated/corrupted OS, browser issues/extensions, internet issues, graphics issues, blacklisted program/site, memory issues/overloading, or needing to restart the computer (for reference; I am a retired computer maintenance tech with 25 years experience where I did operating, programming, and maintenance.)

As outlined: User name is da_nuttyone (I am her husband who was actually playing the game); ASUS laptop with windows 10 (version 22H2); Google Chrome (Version 144.0.7559.97 64 bit); no computer/browser/POGO/games error codes or popups. Description of issue listed above. No screenshots - not playing again just to have same thing happen. Note: challenge is part of current BINGO event. Diagnostic file attached; but won't help in this case except to rule out a problem on my end.

Now, let's wait and see if there are competent folks there who can actually fix things, or is it all talk like things usually are (frustrated after YEARS of issues frequently unresolved without compensation). Only actual changes have been to reduce rewards and push players to spend more money. Cases in point: coins awarded for winning Normal/Hard/Super hard levels in Solitaire Home Story changed from 25/50/75 coins won to 20/40/60 coins; never got compensated for game problems in Merge Academy when players could not collect daily rewards for multiple days, even though Admin note posted saying game was fixed and to "stay tuned" for compensation to players affected! Lousy quality assurance!
