Card Scramble Viola's Diner Game 3-21

I have played game 3-21 in Viola's Diner many times and can't find a way to win it.  It doesn't seem to be possible to win.  Has anyone made it past this level?  I really enjoy playing the game but n...

I have lost several pogis purchasing the wild cards, game freezing up and not receiving a win I earned.  When I refresh, no wild card there, and my gems are getting depleted, due to freezing of the game.  So frustrated!
