CARD SCRAMBLE

This game is not playable. It keeps telling me to finish tasks and to earn stars but will NOT give me the option to play the game. Please advise. Can't win any special events that include this gam...

Hello and apologies for the delayed response. Within the game of Card Scramble there are different tasks to complete, we can find these tasks in the bottom left icon that looks like a cellphone - the play button is on the bottom right-hand side. If you could share a screenshot of what your game looks like this would help determine what may be the cause.
