Card Scramble

Why can't I play Card game? I guess I'm at the end of playing this game. I really enjoyed playing. I am retired. You have one room and a back yard you need to finish. Also Why can't I redo any of the levels? I've been a POGO person from way back. 2009 Wow that's been 13 years I had no idea. Should get a medal LOL. 

Can any one answer?
