chat is not working on my PC

It isn't on mine either and it seems no one can help. This is going on for 4 days now. Hope you get better luck then I did.

If you are could you let us know if you're receiving an error message when attempting to open chat or it just doesn't load?
Could you please give us a screenshot so we can look into this further for you?
