Clair Hart Secrets in the Shadows "Gold Key" problem

I play to get 5 stars every episode, every chapter. However, Case 33, Episode 3, Chapter 5 has a problem. The "Gold Key" is on the chair, but evidently, it's Not the "game's Gold Key". You can only click on it when you get an object to be found, that is the Gold Key. In other words, this episode has a problem. You can't get 5 stars, without the "Gold Key".

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    Windows 10, Both Edge and Chrome. It has nothing to do with my cache, it is the episode itself. The "Gold Key" can only be chosen when it is an object in the list, so, there is No Way to get the "episodes Gold Key". Try it yourself, then you will know exactly what I am describing. I've already attached a screenshot.

    If you are willing to fix the problems, then please tell eveyone "That you are not willing to fi the problems". Over 1 year, since I first posted this problem and still it doesn't work. Has nothing to do with what browser is used, or clearing the cache. So, stop telling everyone to clear anything.

    It's been a year, and the "programmers" are not willing to fix the problems. EA programmers are worthless.

    @RHAJR0124 In Wolves among us Chapter 5 Episode 3 of First Meeting you cannot get the Key. POGO ISSUE NOT MINE! I can get the key in all other episodes. POGO or EA Seriously needs to fix this and the hacks in games too! Pissing me off to want to end my membership!

    Stop with the form letters. This is NOT a computer setup problem, this is an EA problem. Just admit you don't know how to fix your own problems, it's much easier.
