All of my progress for the newest Claire Hart badge has disappeared. I spoke with EA who told me that yes there is a synch problem but they can't help me or guarantee that it will be fixed. SO, who can help me and fix this?

I'm not aware of any sync issues on Pogo's side, however sometimes the browser can have difficulty syncing the data with the server.
If you're able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? I'll be happy to take a look as to what may have occurred there.
