Re: Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45

I cannot play this game. I have been unable to play this game since November 2025. Please Please Please fix this game. I have written several times. Pogo has had numerous challenges for this game that I would like to play, but am unable to get the game to load. I bought Chapters 44 & 45 and since then have not been able to get the game to load. I have attached a screenshot of the message. Again, please fix this game.
