Matching moments keeps crashing

My game on Apple iPad loads, but then is frozen. Nothing moves or plays.

I'm having the same problem on my desktop PC! Very frustrating - I've been trying all day and now it is nearly midnight here so it will have to be an abandoned challenge.

Matching moments loads but will not allow play!!

when will you fix magic moments i can not complee my challenge

Matching moments has stopped working after first 4 moves.  Anyone else having trouble? Unfortunately, I won't be getting my badge now...... any suggestions for a fix?

Hello! Sorry to hear the game suddenly stopped working for you. I double checked the game before replying to you and I was able to complete a level towards the Suprise Event Badge.

Before you give up on the badge, would you mind taking a moment to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to see if this will help resolve the issue? At times our browsers and devices can be fussy and need a bit of cleaning and updating.

Level 1625... I can only do 2 moves and then the gems start acting all wonky and won't go any further.

Matching Moments Glitched. As soon as I win the level, the game glitches. Objects populate from the top of the game downward, merge, disappear, and repeat. Tried on both Edge and Chrome, same result.
