Club Pogo membership gems

Rather than pay monthly again I bought an annual subscription and it said I'd receive around 100-110 free gems for this.  It was paid for around a week ago and I am still waiting for the free gems to be added. Just incase they had been issued and I had spent them without realising I checked my gem transaction history and that shows when I used to receive the 8 I got every month when my Club Pogo subscription was taken. This time nothing is showing going in since I bought the annual one
