Re: Farm Merge Valley Constellation Rewards: No Crates Received

For the first time I purchased the Pogi pass for the Challenge Rewards.  I did this yesterday evening (Sunday September27th).  I had made it all the way to the bottom, and since I started playing Farm Merge Valley and there were quite a few helpful rewards for that game I decided to purchase it.  I went down each one and chose Farm Merge Valley every time it was a choice (gems, energy & crates).  I also chose a few others when it wasn't available.  Plus all the Pogo gems you get.  I did check a few other games I play regularly like Tile Hero, and it looks like it credited me the rewards boosters I chose.  Not sure if the rest did, it's hard to check.   But Farm Merge Valley definitely did not.  It's not hard to tell especially for the crates & energy.  

I refreshed and went back out & in several times over several hours to see if it just took a little bit of time but no luck.  I just went back in this morning hoping that overnight it would credit it, but again no luck.  I'm aware that the crates have a cap of 40, and the energy of 80.  But that doesn't hold true when rewards are given.  I've completed a few sticker albums and the count goes much higher.

Please keep in mind that this isn't a single reward I'm missing but all of them.  I purchased the pass last night, and went down the line and accepted all of them.  I'll count them now and list them.

Farm Merge Valley - Crates x250 - Energy x65 - Gems x65.  Also another 20 crate reward that was accepted right afterwards on the free side.

Again I have no idea on whether everything else I accepted was credited.  The only game I checked was Tile Hero and it looks like it totals the rewards.  But as you can see it's a pretty significant amount of mssing rewards for Farm Merge Valley, especially since that was the reason I purchased the Pogi Pass in the first place.

I'd appreciate these missing rewards credited to me.
