Merge Academy Only Offering to BUY Stickers to Finish Book?

NO LIVE AGENTS FOR 3-4 DAYS NOW SO I CAN'T REPORT THIS NEW ISSUE DIRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have the Side Quest option either, you are not alone.   I am just too sick, tired, and annoyed, to complain about it.   Yes, I am not feeling well. In any case, as I have said before, I won't be renewing my Pogo membership because when the games no longer work, it takes them a long time to get around to fixing them.  And if they ever are fixed, we are never made whole for the time that is lost, because those games weren't available.   I will be quitting Pogo in a month or so when my membership is up.

I would rather just stream old tv shows, or go for a walk, or take up a hobby, then to pay for the nonsense of games not working.  It is a shame, Pogo isn't what it once was.

Truly that might be the most nothing "answer" ever given on POGO.  There are NO orders currently listed that offer stickers.  I am sitting at 105 with absolutely no way to finish,  All of us are just stuck unless we buy them with gems.  Come on guys....this is just plain wrong.

Hello and thanks for reaching out! It's important to note that not every customer will come with a sticker pack, they appear as rewards on some orders, not all. 

The Sticker Book is designed to be completed through both the main Merge Academy game and the limited-time side events like Treasure Trove, Coral Secrets, and Sugar Rush. The side events are bonus opportunities to earn additional sticker packs, but they are not the only path.

Currently I have two customers with Tier 2 Sticker Pack rewards in my queue right now. They are there, they will come! 🙂

Level Completion Reward with Tier 3 Sticker Pack 

While it is true that some items in the regular game have stickers, they are almost always the grey packs which do nothing much when you are sitting at 107 and have been there for several weeks.   I think it is true that you have to basically buy them.  Because when you buy extra energy, you get the higher level sticker packs that have more possiblity of having the ones you need to finish.  Earning the extra stars from the low level packs eventually may get you there, but I've already grayed out on 200 stars, so need 300 stars to get another sticker pack.  Takes forever to get 300 stars when most of the books have only one or two star items.  I can see how it will be frustrating for most players who have actual lives and jobs and cannot play all day long to earn items after waiting two hours for something to regenerate, or to get back to 100 on energy.......Yes they are technically free.  But not really.  

I had hoped some of the issues might have been addressed today but none have.  Still no way to complete the book in the main Merge Academy game.  The number of games that I enjoy has dwindled down to only 3 and with these problems with Merge Academy, now 2.  Not very conducive to renewing Club Pogo membership......sad.

The premise that you CAN get rewards without spending (in-game coins, gems, or real-life cash has always been a stretch, but they are CLEARLY changing things to practically force you to spend money! 

I personally have not given pogo a dime beyond 13 years of annual membership. I hoard gems and VERY rarely use them. I also hoard in-game coins and things, to save for a time when there is something I really want and can't get any other way in the time allotted. Not the ideal customer for pogo. 

First is the ridiculous increase in pop-ups and permanent icons on the screen offering "deals" in most of these games in the last 3 months or so. (NO, it is NOT a Super Deal and it is NOT actually ever expiring!)

In addition, there does seem to be a change in how the basic games operate that give people LESS of the stuff you need to accomplish tasks. One example was the debacle back in March when it was suddenly near impossible to get the pottery wheel needed to complete the 3rd order in Treasure Trove - forcing many people to decide to spend money to get more energy to keep chasing it. Another is the fact that in Farm Merge Valley - the experience points earned are less than they used to be at the top tiers (different thread here). 

I would propose that the Orders in Merge Academy and the sticker packs is another example of this. I just finished an order, got a not-helpful green pack, and now I have 6 orders, NONE of which have a sticker pack.

Pogo must sure be raking in the bucks from some people to do such obvious changes that clearly annoy and alienate the rest of us.
