Bug reports work a bit differently, and our support team isn't well-suited to field those. The best place to raise a bug report is here on the EA Forums. So the chatbot was correct to redirect you here if you are looking to flag a bug.

Tried the form but it just takes you to the same page the chatbot does and has no option to contact an advisor.

angerZQlzwQf Certain options, like 'Find Missing Content,' lead to live support. Though please try to choose a topic that's still relevant to the issue you're facing, which might take a bit of testing to identify.
