Crates

Is anyone still missing their crates from finishing the first sticker book?  I got the energy but not the crates.  I could really use them.  Also, I have opened at least 15 packets in a row and have not gotten a single sticker that I needed.  Is there a reason for this?  Pogo, please help!!!
