Crossword Cove will not load. Ive tried reloading and it doesnt work

Crossword Cove will open and when I click play todays puzzle the game freezes. I tried going back in and going to Calendar it will take me there but when you click the 1st it freezes again

Crossword Cove is loading but when I try to play it won't allow me into the game - this is only happening on the 1st January 2024 game. If I try previous games like 31st December 2023 I can get into the main board.

Same here. Since yesterday, I am unable to open the game and play it. Very disappointing.
