Current issue (stack em game)

Game won't load past 98% sucks

    Hi @Azzkikinsgir,   

      

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    Playing Stack em.  Constantly freezes.  Playing on Apple computer and iPad.

    Have cleaned browser to no avail.  Very aggravating because this issue has presented itself since last challenge.  Please fix or do not have as a challenge.

      @pattiecatmom I agree, this game shouldn’t be a challenge since it doesn’t function properly.

    @EA_Illium I am trying on iPad with safari, chrome and android phone. Loads slow, freezes when it does the first bottom row change. Won’t even load on android. Need to complete challenge

    Have done all the recommendations and it still freezes after 3 moves.  Not sure where it leaves us but i am unable to get any of the stack ‘em badges.

      For those encountering freezing issues with Stack'em HD:

      Are you playing on the Easy Difficulty level?

      Try playing on the Medium Difficulty level.

      Stack'em HD routinely freezes on me when I play on the Easy Difficulty level, regardless of what Browser I use. A good percentage of the time, I can get Stack'em HD to resume (unfreeze) if I move a few blocks or columns of blocks around on the board.

      Moving blocks around to unfreeze the game got old pretty fast. So, I now just play Stack'em HD on the Medium Difficulty level, and I no longer encounter the freezing issue.

        I tried your suggestion and sadly it did not work for me…this is not new Stack ‘‘em is like a cat it works when it feels like it…I also tried clearing my cache and restarting my iPad….I have the latest update …I’VE done everything right…so glad your solution worked for you by changing to the medium level…it didn’t for me☹️
