I think you need new software engineers as the problems with the games seem to be getting worse and doesnt seem to be adressed. Why release games that don't work? I been a paid member for over 10 years and I am enjoying it less.

Right now the biggest issue is with Merge Academy as many have reported. Last week 2 days was wasted because it didn't save. You would think the 2 days would have been added. This week orders can't be filled since the potters wheel is missing. I play this game often even when there isn't a challange. I too got an email with 50 bolts but since I didn't play for 5 hours I got my 100 that I would have had anyway. Besides 50 was a silly gift. I would have hoped the issue would have been resolved or even addressed in a letter.
Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with Merge Academy. Losing progress on a timed challenge is definitely disappointing. Overall, I think the mini games within Merge Academy should be 8-10 days, some of the generators need a lot of charging.
Regarding the compensation and the time lost during the Merge Academy issues, here in forums they are unable to assist with requests for additional compensation or days — those decisions rest solely with our Community Manager Pogo_Sconnie.
I'd recommend reaching out directly to him regarding your concerns about the 50 bolts/energy and the overall experience during that period.
