Daily Spin Fail

I was to receive 40 crates in Farm Merge Valley on my daily spin. I hadn't even opened Farm Merge so I already had 40 crates to play with but never received the spin win. Why would I pay to play a game when Pogo fails like that?

I won 90 crates a few minutes ago and didn't receive them... I have won other crates too and didn't receive those either...not happy after all these years being a pogo member...

Had same issue. Realized I needed to play Farm Merge and reduce my crates be able to get the rewards. Got awarded 40 crates when I did my spin to win. Didn't know it was a prize and my crate count was more than 20. Didn't get the full 40. They need to write the program to ignore the crate cap for wins.
