Wish I knew who to contact, I can tell you not to waste your time contacting the ea support takes about 3 days between them holding you hostage waiting for them for hrs and then disconnecting you. and making you start all over before they even bother with you.  Then they make believe its your equipment or your settings etc.  After you go threw everything with them then they well we will put it up to the game department and wait to see if they fix it.  I even asked them if they could just help me skip level 12 or turn off the tutorial they wouldn't.  They just we have helped you. 

I can't play either. Stupid detective parrot. I don't know why they keep making daily badges when we can't freaking play them!!!!

I agree and am having the same issues.  Who do we contact to get this fixed.  It is very frustrating especially when it is one of the badges to get.

I am experiencing the same issue and completely understand your frustration. It is especially frustrating when they are aware of the issue, yet Mahjong Sanctuary continues to be a challenge time and time again.

I am experiencing the same problem. It prevents me from playing beyond level 12, and I cannot replay previous levels either. Consequently, I am unable to participate in any challenges. It sucks! I think I'll just boycott this game.....

I am still waiting for them to fix this too, but whats worse yet is they know its broken, they cant be bothered to fix it, and then they screw us by making it one of the badges we need to go after.  From what I can tell they will never bother to fix it, either after all from what I can tell is people have been complaining about this very problem for 2 yrs or more.
