Pogo gems in Tile Hero

Before You Contact EA Help — Have This Ready!

• Email address linked to your EA Pogo Account
• Approximate date this happened
• Error messages or anything unusual (you can upload screenshots when submitting your case)
• Look through your Gem Transaction Record on Pogo for specific dates of purchase.
• EA Help may ask for a "Transaction Number" this can be found in your EA Help account under Order History.

Same thing happened to me.  Had a 272 gems balance and tried to purchase Offer Pack 1 for 200 gems during the game.  Clicked on the button and got a "Loading" screen that never went away.  Had to refresh in order to exit the page and in addition to losing my progress in the game, my gems account is now 72...with no Offer Pack 1 delivered.   

Tried the "Contact Us" as described above, got an AI assisted bot that said "Our agents can't address that type of issue" and dropped me off the chat.   There doesn't appear to be any other way to "Contact Us", so I'd appreciate some help.
