I am logged in but links don't work. My POGO account auto renewed but I have yet to receive my 100 gems or extra month. I have yet to find any way to contact "customer service" other than posting in a forum. My account is set on auto renewal and has been for several years. Please respond.

Same here. They took my money for annual renewal but 15 days later I have NOT gotten my 100 gems or extra month? I am going to cancel

@bigT2004 Hey there! Sorry to hear you had this issue, could you let me know what date your renewal went through and your pogo username and I can get it sent on to the team to look into? Renewal date was 1/3/2025

Appreciate you getting that sent to the correct team to look into this. Will I get any updates on progress made?
My POGO renewal was in December of 2024, I pay yearly. I noticed my gems were not added to my account. Who is in charge of this, And how do I get my gems? We pay yearly, it seems the gems would add automatically?

@LLG65 I completely understand the frustration, thank you for popping your renewal date here, can you also provide your Pogo username for me and I'll get it sent on to the team.
@BigT20047g Appreciate you dropping that info, I'll get that sent on and update when I can. Why havent I received my renewal gems?My account was renewed on the 13 of this month.
