I am really wondering why I pay to be in this pogo club. Cannot get help at all anymore with anything.
MERGE ACADEMY go to help page and the EA form doesn't recognize the game. Ask the quick answer and it gives me answers for Battlefield instead of Merge Academy!! I am paying to be here and there is no longer ANY help. Seriously thinking of quitting.
WHY CANT I GET A SEWING MACHINE in MERGE ACADEMY ?????? I have asked this and no answers!!! Every order I have requires a sewing machine generator, but I can't get one. I have spent a ton of money getting gems to renew energy thinking that would help. It doesn't Energy runs out so quickly and we can't even do what needs to be done to move on in the game. The game doesn't show what level you are at? Only areas etc. and often it just takes me back to pogo home page for now reason. WHAT is going on?
IF NOTHING can be done on this game I want to know. No sense in me to continue to play if I can't get a stupid sewing machine! I can't get anywhere if I can't fill orders.

Issues on Quinns aquarium for months. Just exits game back to home page for no reason and can't finish a game. Makes it hard when it is on the monthly challenge. IT seems it is on the challenge every sinlge time! FIX it or stop putting it up! HORRIBLE!!! We pay and cannot get a simple courtesy. Give us an email option which was always available before. So many things are supposedly new. But service is not new and it is worse.
