I agree! It is absolutely ridiculous how little Pogo cares for the customers. I have been a paying customer here for 15 years! Lost track of how many times I have posted asking for some help in this matter. I have not received one single message or help of any kind.
It is impossible to email them now. There is no customer service that I can find. I followed the contact us and one just goes in circles. Follow the links and you just go back to the EA home page. It used to be easy to get help here. There was always a contact form and you sent off an email. Now there is nothing but runaround.
They have made Merge Academy part of this months challenge game. Several different challenges to complete. One is to complete 10 orders. How can we do that when all orders require a sewing machine? What use to even start the badge challenge if it is impossible to complete it? I have used a lot of gems on this game. I read somewhere that the sewing machine is NO LONGER available. At least tell us if this is true. If it is I will just stop playing the game.
POGO needs to help the customers. Or the customers need to ditch Pogo. FED UP!!!!
