[Discussion] Pogo Merge Academy - Sewing Machine

I am unable to bring up Merge Academy.....just a white page.

I see this continues to be a month long problems (Merge Academy/sewing machine).  I finally quit playing it all together but now see that it is a Treasure Hunt game.  Either take it down or fix it, please.

Issue is never resolved.  You read about it but they never fix. 

I just realized that I go to collect th free things on home page and my energy keeps disappearing 

any one know why this is happening tried to chat and it doesn't work

this is 2nd day it used all of energy no its gone thru 300 and starts over 

My Merge academy game has been stuck in the same place all day long.  I merged some items this morning and when I came in around lunch the same thing showing with nothing earned...then tonight it came through again in he same place.  The way help goes now, I can never find how to report it.  Can someone help?

pogo claims problem solved but i keep losing credit for my sales.  getting upset i'm losing time on these challenges

3/7/2026    I am at a standstill in Merge Academy because I need a sewing machine to continue.  I had the sewing machine for awhile and suddenly the sewing machine vanished.  Can this be fixed or is there a way to reset my account to make the sewing machine icon reappear?  All of my goals need a sewing machine, but I it can't be found.  HELP  Thank you VICKYSMPLAY

Hello and thanks for reaching out!  Sorry to hear about the issue with the Merge Academy Sewing Machine. Currently we are not able to sell or delete any generators or pieces for generators in the Merge Academy game.

The sewing machine is a generator and will need to be constructed piece by piece as seen below:

I have not yet heard of any generators disappearing and currently there is not a way to reset our accounts. Please take a moment to check your board and closet again for the sewing machine. If it cannot be found, you will need to create a new one from scratch. For steps on building generators please view the Merge Academy Generator Guide.
