Got it. Thanks for sharing those few details. It helps get an idea of what you're running into. Sounds like you can get the client to open (pressing play on the Matching Moments homepage opens the game client), but it's there that the game gets stuck loading. Do I have that right?

- Check and approve any pending updates:
- Check for Browser updates with Chrome and Edge
- Check for Device Updates. Click here for the steps for PC
- Closing other running programs and browser tabs can help by freeing up resources, like processing power and memory
- Clear your browser’s cache. Search "clear cache" in a search engine like Google to learn how to do it.
- Turn off any pop-up blockers on your browser.
- Once you complete the steps above, launch the game again.
