I'm still not getting the rewards that I earn. I was supposed to get 20 crates for Farm Merge Valley today, but they never showed up in my game. Very frustrating because I'm sure all of us are losing out on a lot of rewards that we should be getting.
this game is getting frustrating as well. it takes FOREVER to level up and the cost of the land is ridiculous. I'm seriously considering cancelling my account and getting off the site for good.
This was reported by various players 2 weeks ago and apparently was a known glitch by Pogo. But 2 weeks on its still being reported by various players and rewards still not rewarded. I claimed over 120 crates from Elyra in 1 go and not one was rewarded in the game. I actually lost count on the crates i actually claimed and was not given. Nice to see Pogo are on top of it. Not to mention the big glitches in merge academy too amongst other games
I've left several postings about this also. Basically every reward on Elyra Constellation that was for Farm Merge Valley was not credited on the free side. I purchased the Pogi Pass, spending 150 gems and didn't get credit for any of the Farm Merge Valley rewards. That adds up to quite a few Crates, Energy & Crystals. Not to mention any FMV rewards from the Wheel or daily bonuses. I did get a message from Pogo today stating that I'd be awarded the Badge for completing the spins and Pogi points that I don't help me at this point. But nothing about the missing rewards.
I play on another site that has the same game, and Everything is much cheaper and easier to obtain.... Just saying and there is not membership fee.
