Ended up with two club pogo accounts by mistake , need your help

I have been a pogo member for about 20 years, as helga611, email: [edit: email address removed]. I moved due to health reasons, tried to change my email address, was unable to do it they were trying to send a code to my old  email address, which no longer exists, when I tried to change it. I signed up for a new club  pogo account , lost all my accumulated pogiies!! My new username / screenname is: helga6, EA i d  Pardo7892 new email address:  [edit: email address removed] Can you please help me TO CLOSE MY OLD ACCOUNT, I DON'T WANT TO PAY CLUB POGO FEES ON TWO ACCOUNTS, I AM 88 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS VERY COMPLICATED FOR ME.I don't suppose I could get some of my pogies back? Please, please help me to close the old account that  has no email address anymore.

    Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community. 

     

    You will want to reach out to our support to get assistance with both accounts, In the meantime if you are playing on the new account you may want to pause your subscription until you get the old account closed so you are not double billed. 

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Pogo 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I want to update my EA Account information
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary

  • I just want to cancel my old club pogo account, since I moved and changed my email from [edit: email address removed], to [edit: email address removed].

    my old rogers email : [edit: email address removed] DOES NO LONGER EXIST, YET YOU KEEP SENDING MESSAGES TO THE OLD EMAIL TO VERIFY WHO i AM

    i AM 88 YEARS OLD AND NOT TOO COMPUTER SAVVY, GETTING REALLY FED UP WITH THIS. i AM TEMPTED TO CANCEL BOTH CLUB POGO ACCOUNTS. i TALKED TO TWO ADVISERS

    JUSSEP AND ASHKAR FOR ABOUT AN HOUR NEITHER ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME!!!! HOW CAN I CANCEL MY OLD ACCOUNT [edit: email address removed]??WHICH i CANNOT ACCESS BECAUSE the email helgamundt@rogers does no longer exist, so I cannot log in to that account because you keep insisting to send a message to the old account to verify who I am???? How much clearer do I need to make this???

    Please help me solve this

    I don' care anymore about losing pogis just want this be over witht
