Ended up with two club pogo accounts by mistake , need your help
I have been a pogo member for about 20 years, as helga611, email: [edit: email address removed]. I moved due to health reasons, tried to change my email address, was unable to do it they were trying to send a code to my old email address, which no longer exists, when I tried to change it. I signed up for a new club pogo account , lost all my accumulated pogiies!! My new username / screenname is: helga6, EA i d Pardo7892 new email address: [edit: email address removed] Can you please help me TO CLOSE MY OLD ACCOUNT, I DON'T WANT TO PAY CLUB POGO FEES ON TWO ACCOUNTS, I AM 88 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS VERY COMPLICATED FOR ME.I don't suppose I could get some of my pogies back? Please, please help me to close the old account that has no email address anymore.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community.
You will want to reach out to our support to get assistance with both accounts, In the meantime if you are playing on the new account you may want to pause your subscription until you get the old account closed so you are not double billed.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Pogo
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I want to update my EA Account information
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
