Farm Merge sticker album did not give prizes for completing, site froze up

As soon as I finished the book I got the picnic table and it said I got x 2750 crates and 3500 energy. At this point if froze up and I hit refresh and only got the picnic table and the storage case to hold it in. How do I get my crates and my energy? I don't see this published online, where do I find it so that I know you get this.
I still have not received either of the crates or the energy for completing the sticker book and I am close again to finishing it but this time I expect not to get anything again. Today I won 40 crates on the lucky spin and guess what I got nothing again. Stop saying we will get things that we never get.
