Same here

Does anybody have any response from EA or an update yet? I'm now down approx 140 chests, 200+ crystals, and at least 70+ energy points - I won't even open any more constellation rewards because I'm truly fed up with not getting them applied (to FMV and Merge Academy plus other games) especially as I paid for the Pogi Pass to get the extra rewards!!

I'm having the same problem.  I pick the crates as my gift  but never receive them

I have not received any crystals from the Solara the Radiant or past pogis. I choose them every time but never get them. I love this game but it is very difficult to earn crystals so I would really like to get the ones that I chose or be able to change my choice when it doesn't work.

I hope this is the right place to post this because I have been unable to find any other place.

Farm merge is not giving credits from pogis. I got 60 crates went to game and only had 40. This has happened several times since the pogi came out

My 20 crates from the constellation award today never did show up.  I doubt I've received any of those awarded in the past either.  

I have same issue but mine said 20 supply crates that I did not receive today. Also the one earlier for 10 crates.

I am also having the same issue with Merge Valley.  I have spent the extra gems to get the "pass" for the constellation and am not getting the crates as my reward.  I just hit level 50 and should have received 60 crates and did not get them. 

Do I need to complete a separate complaint in order for this to be resolved? 

On multiple occasions I have selected crates as my reward and it never gives me anything beyond forty.  Today I had used many crates and then selected my reward of 60.  I went immediately to Farm Merge Valley and it was maxed out at 40, AGAIN.  Fix the stupid game or quit having crates and energy as rewards.  EA Sports has ruined Pogo.

Same here! No crates awarded.  This morning I was actually in Farm Merge when I chose the crates and know for a fact that I didn't receive them.  Makes me wonder about the past rewards!
