Farm Merge Valley Constellation Rewards: No Crates Received

I have been awarded crates many, many times from the spinner event, from the daily reward, from the constellation yet they never, ever show up in the game. I always have just the 40 crates. For example, today I was awarded 90 crates from the constellation.  How many did I receive? A big fat zero! This has been an ongoing issue for many players. When are you going to fix it? And when are you going to make good on everyone's missing crates?
