Farm Merge Valley New Chests

I opened 2 silver/gray chests. No Problem. Then all of a sudden when I had 3 red chests they would not combine. Some players in chat told me it's because a "new" gazebo exists & that only "new" chests will combine. (Red & silver/gray).

Also, the screen is now micro-moving sideways. 

I'm trying to see if this info is true & if anyone else is having this issue.
